Questions about Account Customer


How do I make an invitation?
Click on "Accountcustomer" and fill in your business information and click on "save".
123invitation.com will within 3 working days aprove you as an Account Customer and send you username and password. Then you can start creating invitations.

How do I get a total view of all my invitations?
Under "Invitation status" you can see all your invitations.
Under each invitation you can see the user and the total price. You can also see when the invitation expires. As adminstrator you can create and edit in all the invitations created on your account.

How do I buy extra time for my invitations?
Under " Buy More " you can buy more time and photos for each invitation. The price is 6 USD/ 5 Euro per month  
and 2 USD/ 1,5 Euro per extra 10 photos for your gallery. All prices are incl. vat. The amount will be charged automatically on next months invoice.

What happens, if an Account Customer does not pay?
If not paid within deadline, an Account Customer will receive 
a penalty on 25 USD/ 20 Euro.
If payment on the account is still not paid, all invitations on the
account will be closed down by 123invitation.com.

How will Account Customer be invoiced?
As Acoount Customer you will be invoiced each month.
The invoice will be send to the administrators´ email address.
The invoice can be paid on 123invitation.com website under the
administrators status. Click on "Payment".
