Question about Guests

How do I invite more then 1 person on one e-mail address?
Write the names on invited in the guestlist. The guest will be able to fill in how many will participate. You can only fill in one e-mail adress in the field "guest email adress". 

What do I do if the names consists of more then 30 letters, which are the maximum allowed?
You have to reframe the names to example Petterson Familiy. The guest can fill in number af persons participating and write their names under comments. 

How can the guest communicate with each other?
If you have allow in the guestlist, the guests can write to each other in a mail box in the invitation. The guests can mail each guest or all guests.
You are not able to see the e-mails.

How many guests can I invite?
There are no limit.

How do I invite guest without an email address?
You can print out each page in the invitation and send per mail.
Write the guests name on the guestlist and leave the email address open.
You can click off if the guest are participating or not. You do so under "edit guestlist".

How do I fill in the guestlist quickly?
You can import the guests from word eller excel . This is done under
"Add guest from Outlook/Excel". 

How do I change a guests email address?
Click on the edit icon at the guest under "edit guestlist". Then send the invitation again if send earlier, as then guests email address is attached to a unik URL link.

How can I make open invitation at the same time? 
If you do not know all the e-mail address of your guests and you want them to sign up them selves click on "Click here, if the invitation
should be open to everyone". Then copy the link in the URL address field under "see your invitation" and send it either via your own mailbox or an intranet. The link lookes like this just with the numbers of your order. http://www.123invitation.com/index.php?id=xxxx.
