Questions about why Guest does not receive my invitation

Why have some of my guests have not received my invitation?
Depending on the setting of email boxes, 123invitation may be filtered as spam or junk mail. Please ask the guest to check these folders and adjust any spam mail settings as necessary.
Send a seperat email in your own mailbox asking them to check their trashmail. Note that trashmail in hotmail will automatically be deleted after 5 days if not opend.
If that has happend send a reminder to the guest.  If the guest still does not receive your invitation, send the guest the link on your invitation. Click on "See your invitation" and copy the URL address. Example http://www.123invitation.com/index.php?id=xxxx. You also need to click on "Click here, if the invitation should be open for everyone" and remove the guest from the guestlist. When the guest receive your email with the link they can sign up with their email address.
